Cognos Portal administration and content management, Cognos End user Training<br/><br/>- First line of support for all Track-it tickets. Serve as BI subject matter expert (SME) Perform detailed business analysis for all new BI requests<br/><br/>- Accountable for All Business Requirements Documents (BRD, FRD, MDM), Metadata Management Template Administration, Training Manuals, Documentation, Sharepoint<br/><br/><b>Job Requirements/Working Conditions</b><br/><br/><br/>- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years&#8217; experience working in a BI environment with BI end users tools such as Cognos, Business Objects, or Crystal Reports OR a minimum of 8 years&#8217; experience in IT Data Warehousing or Business Intelligence in lieu of degree.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of BI SDLC development methodologies required<br/><br/>- Extensive interactions with OC IT contacts for better understanding of source data and processes<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and best practices (e.g. Kimball methodologies)<br/><br/>- The position will be proficient in SQL script development preferably in an ORACLE environment, and experience in data profiling, data quality management, and business and functional requirements<br/><br/>- Experience working in a support environment critical (troubleshooting issues)<br/><br/>- Experience with data profiling technologies, techniques and approaches for upfront analysis and production control operations<br/><br/>- Understanding of ETL tools (i.e. preferably ODI, but will consider other ETL experiences such as Informatic, SSIS)<br/><br/>- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail<br/><br/>- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments in a timely manner<br/><br/>- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks<br/><br/>- Good verbal and written communication skills<br/><br/>- Ability to work and communicate effectively with IT personnel and Business users<br/><br/>- Strong problem solving skills<br/><br/>- Normal office environment, workload and projects may require overtime<br/><br/>- Must be a team player, able to work with remote team members and must be process driven<br/><br/>- Experience with change management toolsets<br/><br/>- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.<br/><br/>Manitowoc Foodservice, a division of The Manitowoc Company, Inc., designs, manufactures and supplies best-in-class food and beverage equipment for the global foodservice market.
