Develop process documents for critical and new processes.<br/><br/>- Assemble data for financial and SOX audits as requested.<br/><br/>- Create and post monthly, quarterly, or yearly journal entries as required.<br/><br/>- Perform balance sheet reconciliations.  Analyze and adjust reserves as needed to comply with SOX controls.<br/><br/>- Provide financial, operational, and management information as required.<br/><br/>- Participate in monthly close of general ledger.  Distribute reports and financial information as assigned.<br/><br/>- Serve as the financial representative on NPI projects. Maintain documentation control and coordinate the gathering of data surrounding the financial review of the project.  Analyze bills of materials for accuracy and work with the project manager to ensure project costs are accurately reported.<br/><br/>- Participate in month-end close of general ledger.
